Contents present original and revised versions of two essays (“My Advice to Young America” and “The Writer and His Machine”) plus Michener’s introduction explaining his editing process.

Signed by James A. Michener in blue ink on the limitation/colophon page, with his distinctive red “JAM” star chop stamp below. Authenticated by PSA/DNA (Certification Number J57961) with original Certificate of Authenticity and matching hologram sticker.

Condition: Fine / As New. Book and slipcase appear unread and unused, clean, tight, and bright with sharp corners. No markings, foxing, or wear noted. No ownership marks, bookplates, inscriptions, or other markings of any kind are present. The book remains completely clean and pristine.
