Customer Pickup & Delivery Policy

At Chapter & Hearth Booksellers, we’re proud to offer both a cozy in‑store experience and convenient online ordering. To keep things simple and reliable for our customers, we offer different fulfillment options depending on the type of book.

Rare & Collectible Books

Rare books purchased online may be delivered to your home or held for in‑store pickup at your convenience.
We take great care in packaging and shipping these items to ensure they arrive safely.

General & Regular Books

Regular books are available for in‑store pickup only.
At this time, we do not offer home delivery for standard inventory titles.

How Pickup Works

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll notify you again when your book is ready for pickup at our Collinsville, Virginia location.
